Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to ship my order?
Gold and silver pieces are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm Central on Friday begin processing the following Monday. Diamond pieces are made to order and take longer; the estimated window is listed on the product page.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum. 2-Day is $24.95, free on orders over $750. Overnight is $49.95.
Which carriers do you use?
UPS and USPS. Every shipment is fully insured in transit.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can view tracking at any time from your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at present. We ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, write to us and we'll see what we can do.
Does my order require a signature?
Orders of $500 or more require an adult signature on delivery and can't be released or redirected without one. If you won't be available to sign, contact us before your order ships and we'll arrange an alternative.
How is my order packaged?
Every piece ships in a jewelry box. The outer packaging carries no reference to jewelry or to the contents.
What if an item is out of stock?
We'll let you know within one business day and give you the option to substitute or cancel for a full refund. Restocking typically takes 4–8 weeks.
Products & Materials
Are your pieces stamped?
Yes. Every piece is stamped with its corresponding metal mark. Sterling silver is stamped 925, as required by law.
What does rhodium plated mean?
Rhodium is a plating applied over silver to give it a brighter, more reflective finish and added surface hardness. It is a coating rather than the underlying metal, and like all plated finishes it wears with time and handling. Plating wear is normal and is not covered under warranty.
How are carat weights stated?
Total diamond weights are given as ranges rather than exact figures, which is standard practice and required under FTC rules. A piece listed at 1/4 ct, for example, falls between 0.23 and 0.28 carats. Where a minimum total weight is specified, it is stated on the product page.
Where do your diamonds come from?
Our diamonds are purchased through established channels that operate under the Kimberley Process, the international framework intended to keep conflict diamonds out of the legitimate trade.
Can I get an appraisal?
We can arrange an independent appraisal for higher-value diamond pieces. Ask through our contact form before or after purchase and we'll tell you what's possible for the specific piece.
Do your prices change?
Yes. Gold and diamond prices move with the market, and our prices reflect current conditions. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Catalog pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. Return shipping is free — we send a prepaid, insured label. Custom and commissioned pieces are final sale. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, at any time before it ships. Write to us through the contact form with your order number.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every piece is warranted against manufacturing defects for 3 months from delivery. Rings can be resized within one month for a nominal fee, and we replace lost stones of 0.12 carat or larger within 3 months on eligible pieces. See our Returns & Warranty page for what is and isn't covered.
My order arrived damaged or wasn't what I ordered.
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs, and keep all original packaging. We'll replace the piece or refund you in full, including shipping.
Custom Work
Can you make something custom?
Yes. Custom pieces begin with a conversation about what you have in mind — a sketch, a photograph, or a description is enough to start. We produce a CAD rendering for your approval before anything is made, and revise it until it's right. Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks once the design is approved.
What about Colombian emeralds?
Emerald work is handled individually and never rushed. Each piece starts with the stone. Write to us through the contact form and we'll begin there.
How does payment work on custom work?
Commissioned pieces require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the balance due before the finished piece ships. Deposits are non-refundable and custom pieces are final sale, so we take the design approval stage seriously.
