Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping — Free. All orders ship free within the United States, with no minimum purchase. Standard orders arrive in 3–6 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping
- 2-Day Shipping — $24.95 (free on orders over $750)
- Overnight Shipping — $49.95
Processing Time
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces require additional production time; the estimated shipping window is listed on each product page.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm Central on Friday begin processing the following Monday.
Carriers
We ship via UPS and USPS. All shipments are fully insured in transit.
Signature Confirmation
For your protection, orders of $500 or more require an adult signature upon delivery and cannot be released or redirected without one. If you will not be available to sign, contact us through our contact form before your order ships and we will arrange an alternative.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking at any time from your account.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact us through our contact form within 7 days and we will file a claim with the carrier. Packages delivered without a signature requirement are shipped at the customer's risk once the carrier confirms delivery.
Address Accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded less shipping costs.
International Orders
We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, reach us through our contact form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
