Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping — Free. All orders ship free within the United States, with no minimum purchase. Standard orders arrive in 3–6 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping

• 2-Day Shipping — $24.95 (free on orders over $750)
• Overnight Shipping — $49.95

Processing Time

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order pieces require additional production time; the estimated shipping window is listed on each product page.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm Central on Friday begin processing the following Monday.

Carriers

We ship via UPS and USPS. All shipments are fully insured in transit.

Signature Confirmation

For your protection, orders of $500 or more require an adult signature upon delivery and cannot be released or redirected without one. If you will not be available to sign, contact us through our contact form before your order ships and we will arrange an alternative.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking at any time from your account.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact us through our contact form within 7 days and we will file a claim with the carrier. Packages delivered without a signature requirement are shipped at the customer's risk once the carrier confirms delivery.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded less shipping costs.

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, reach us through our contact form and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping details

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before it ships. Submit a cancellation request through our contact form with your order number and we will confirm and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it is covered by the return policy below instead.

Custom, made-to-order, and special-order pieces cannot be canceled once production has begun. The $250 design deposit is subject to the separate design-deposit refund terms below.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece isn't right, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. This applies to any reason, including simply changing your mind.

How to start a return

1. Submit a request through our contact form within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
2. We will reply within one business day with a return authorization number and a prepaid, insured shipping label.
3. Ship the item back within 5 business days of receiving your return authorization.

Returns sent without an authorization number cannot be processed.

Return requirements

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any certificates or documentation that shipped with the piece.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, or alteration cannot be refunded.
• Write your return authorization number on a slip and include it inside the package.
• Use the prepaid label we provide. It is fully insured and requires a signature.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. We provide a prepaid, insured label at no cost to you.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process and timeline as returns.

Final Sale Items

• All custom, made-to-order, and special-order pieces — including custom mountings, commissioned work, and any item not shown as a standard listing on our website — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The $250 Custom Jewelry Design Deposit is refundable until the agreed CAD/design work begins. Once that work begins, it is nonrefundable and remains credited toward the finished piece. Hurston will confirm the start of design work in writing. Other deposits on custom and commissioned work remain non-refundable.
• Engraved and personalized items are final sale.
• Eternity rings ordered in an incorrect size are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us through our contact form within 3 days of delivery and include photographs. Keep all original packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping.

Warranty

Manufacturer's warranty. Every piece is warranted against manufacturing defects for 3 months from delivery. Defective items experiencing problems under normal wear will be repaired or replaced at no charge. This warranty is valid only within the United States and is void if repair or service is performed by a third party.

Ring resizing. Rings purchased from us may be resized within 1 month of delivery for a nominal fee. You are responsible for shipping both ways. Resizing takes approximately 2–7 business days. Eternity rings cannot be resized.

Stone replacement. If a piece loses a single stone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger within 3 months of purchase, we will replace it free of charge on eligible jewelry.

Not covered

• General wear and tear, including scratches, dents, nicks, or stones lost to impact
• Water damage
• Fading or chipping of plated finishes resulting from handling
• Lost or stolen items or parts
• Damage due to misuse or negligence
• Damage occurring while the item is in your possession that is not caused by a defect in material or workmanship

Warranty service. Submit a request through our contact form with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide shipping instructions and a prepaid label. Include a copy of your original invoice with the item, and make no reference to jewelry or the contents on the outside of the box.
